Inflatable Big-Mini Beasts with Artist Rob Britt
Shrink down to the size of an ant and join the inflatable big-mini beasts at the Usher Gallery! Join Artist Rob Britt in creating an unusla sculputre using plastic and crepe paper which you can then inflate!

What to expect:
This workshop is taking place in the Clore Learning room at the Usher Gallery. The Clore learning room is accessible by the entrance of the Usher. To find the Clore learning room, enter the Usher gallery by the glass extension entrance and go to the main door on the left. There are ramps and wide doors to accommodate wheelchairs, and a disabled access toilet oppositive the Clore learning room door, behind the reception desk.
This session will run from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
In this event you will be invited to create a plastic based scultpure using plastic sheeting, tissue and glue. You will be invited to design a mini beast, cut out the shapes with scissors and glue them together before inflating them to take home.
This workshop is aimed at children ebtween 6 and 10. Children must be supervised. Parental discretion whether child can focus through the entire workshop. Participants will be free to take breaks as required. Ticket covers 1 participant, 1 adult may supervise as non-paying partcipants up to 2 children.
This may be challenging if you have difficulty with hand dexterity but our instructor Rob will be there to lend a hand. The space may be noisy with other children and adults in the space, if you struggle with loud noises we have noise cancelling headphones and fidget toys available.
